I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of MS and TN with over 13 years of experience in mental health. I am a Board Certified Supervisor for the state of MS as I have also completed my Doctorate of Philosophy of Counseling Psychology degree from Northcentral University. I have worked with a range of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relational problems, and well as trauma related symptoms. My counseling style focuses on maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship, while providing a safe environment for clients to be open and honest without judgement. I believe in treating my clients with dignity, respect, and most importantly remaining transparent. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy and the person centered approach. Often times solution focused therapy is provided as well. My goal is to make sure that I meet your individualized needs.
