I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 8 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist with a wide range of clients. I use a personalized and holistic approach to therapy, addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of each client according to their unique needs while following their lead as the "expert" in their own life.

I work with adults (ages 25-65) to addressing problems that are currently present in their lives -- anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties -- and exploring their underlying causes and developing skills and tools to make lasting changes.

I am an intuitive and compassionate guide who will support you to improve the awareness, acceptance, and healing of your own personal stories, to meet your true self, and to be able to build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

My current hours here are TUESDAY through THURSDAY, on the hour, 11AM - 4PM, with each appointment being 45 minutes in length.
