I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience counseling others around grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and chronic health issues. I have also helped many couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
