Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Master's in Counseling from John F. Kennedy University in 2020 and have been practicing since 2018. I help individuals and couples work through trauma, loss of connection with self and others, and overcome symptoms of anxiety and depression. My belief is that we all are more than the suffering we've endured and, with sufficient guidance and support, we can begin to heal and rewrite our stories.
