My name is Paula and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. I have over 10 years of experiencing working with people who have a variety of challenges in their life. I have worked with individuals of all ages that struggle with depression, anxiety, panic disorders, eating disorders, ADHD/ADD, OCD, grief & loss, family issues, parenting struggles as well as many other areas of difficulties. My approach is person centered, solution focused, and strength based. I work a great deal with CBT and DBT for emotional regulation.
I consider myself to be an open and honest person that strives to assist you in identifying goals and work with you to become the best YOU possible. I am always willing to listen without judgement in order to understand your struggles and to assist you in finding happiness, peace and clarity in your life.
