Hello and welcome! My name is Paula Leapheart and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug counselor in the state of Michigan. I have over 10 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. I received my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014 from Walden University. I have worked with a variety of clients including those experiencing anxiety, depression, couples and family issues, substance use challenges, and adjustment issues.

I believe that clients are experts in their own lives and my approach to therapy focuses on that concept. My goal is to assist clients on their journey to holistic wellness while helping them see the power that lies within. One of the first steps is to build a healthy therapeutic relationship. Building a foundation of trust in a safe and non-judgmental environment is extremely important. I also believe in meeting all clients exactly where they are. Together we will focus on the mind, body, and soul; ultimately working towards a healthier you!
