I also specialize in relationship issues, including romantic relationships, familial relationships, and work relationships. Together, we will identify and confront self-destructive thoughts and problematic behavioral patterns to create positive change in your life.
Our work together could incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic and Mindfulness in order to remove the roadblocks preventing you from attaining the success and peace of mind you desire. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I have Masters in Social Work from New York University and have been in practice since 2011. In my free time, I love traveling, the arts, reading, being outdoors, yoga and Crossfit.
