The feedback I hear most from clients is that I am the most non-judgmental therapist they’ve ever had. I have experience working with a wide range of ages, cultures, and lifestyles. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly. I’ve lived and traveled internationally with an open-minded worldview. I’m a holistic practitioner and use scientific evidence-based methodologies including CBT, Mindfulness CBT, Short Term Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition, I have experience working as an EAP Mental Health Coach and have helped C Suite Executives, Founders, and other professionals hone their performance and leadership skills as well as manage their emotions and find better work-life balance.
