ABOUT ME
My name is Paula Ferrone MS LMHC. I have been practicing in Florida for 15 + years. I have a
Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in S. Florida.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client centered, mindfulness based
stress reduction and motivational interviewing.
I truly believe the whole individual needs to be addressed and will consider how your health
may affect your mood.
My style is to listen to you but also challenge your perspective and how else you can respond to a
situation and set appropriate boundaries.
I have experience with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, diet and health
challenges, grief and loss, work related stressors, and relationship stressors.
