I have been a school counselor and now practice mental health and have also served in the addiction treatment arena for the past 8 years. I am a husband, and father of 4 grown children and have 4 grandchildren. I use a variety of approaches CBT, DBT, MI, person-centered, Gestalt, and I am trauma-informed.
