Hey folks! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from California with over 4 years of experience working in the public and private sectors. I have worked with families and individuals who have struggled wit h depression, anxiety, family issues, psychosis, mood disorders, trauma, and bereavement. My therapy approach is warm, interactive, and non-judgmental. I believe in treating every individual with dignity and respect while acknowledging their journey. My approach combines client centered, cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, psychodynamic, and solutions focused therapy.
