HI! And thanks for stopping by! I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado and have been for a little over 4 years now. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and everything in between. I have also helped people with a wide variety of problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, career choices, life direction, intimacy issues and may others. I also work closely with the LGBTQ+ community and non-traditional family units (polyamory).

I appreciate that it may not have been easy to seek help, so when we talk, I will listen to you. I believe you deserve respect and love, compassion and attention. I combine several different styles of therapy to help you with your issues. Most importantly, I will meet you where you are and help you to find your way. We may use cognitive-behavioral, psychodrama, rational-emotive, mindfulness, and other styles of therapy. We will tailor the therapy strictly to you, from the treatment plan to our sessions.

As I said, it may not have been easy to seek help, but that was the hardest step. Everything after that will seem easier. You've taken the first step alone, lets take the rest of the steps together to help find the best you there is.
