People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I am here for you whether it’s dealing with day-to-day challenges, restoring relationships, or helping to move through life transitions. Uncomfortable feelings are natural responses to life challenges you have now, but we will work together to overcome obstacles so that you can start developing steps to achieve your goals. I'm like a "coach" where clients learn how to initiate and star in their own game of life. Clients learn how to practice in and outside of session to overcome issues or "challenges" that they experience. I look forward to working with you!
