I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with 10 years of experience helping others work through their problems in life. Originally from Myrtle Beach, I moved to the Atlanta area for school where I earned a masters degree in Community Counseling. I’ve worked with clients about a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I also helped many people who’ve needed crisis intervention services.

My approach to therapy is to help you identify your needs and concerns, set goals, and gain insight to what’s going on. I strongly believe that once we understand more about the nature of our problems, we gain better control over them and can overcome them. I want you to know that you’re not alone in how you’re feeling and help is available. You’re taking the first steps towards that now.

I believe we’re all looking for greater joy, peace, and fulfillment in life. I hope to provide you with some of that and help you find greater meaning and purpose. My goal with counseling is to provide a welcoming and safe place where you feel comfortable sharing your struggles without judgment or criticism. I look forward to working with you!
