About
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a recently retired School Psychologist. I provide services for adults, adolescents/pre-teens (10 and up), children 8 and up, and families. I specialize in emotional/behavior challenges, family and parenting differences, anxiety, depression, and substance use within the family. I am trained to administer individual psychological, emotional, and learning assessments and develop education plans for children, adolescents, and adults. I can help identify barriers in learning and behavior and provide strategies to enhance lives at home, school, work, and interpersonal relationships. Through my experience in public education, I am equipped to assist parents as they navigate their child’s barriers in school. In my practice, effective therapy requires connection and trust between therapist and client. With established trust, we can work together to forge your path with a toolbox of skills along the way. Our sessions will always be at your desired pace and comfort level.
