Hi, I’m Patti. In this fast paced world, there never seems to be enough time for you. Being pulled in many directions, always feeling rushed, and like life is out of control. Maybe you feel alone even while surrounded by others, Does this sound familiar? I’ve spent over a decade working in the mental health field. My career began working with at-risk children and adolescents struggling with depression, anger, anxiety, substance use, suicidal ideations/attempts, and body image disorders. I knew I wanted to grow in this field, so I ventured on to working with individuals, couples, veterans, and those battling the disease of addiction. I have learned early on the there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy so I cater sessions around what my clients needs are. I am trained in many different modalities such as CBT, DBT, Gestalt, and TF-CBT. Seeking therapy can be uncomfortable and engaging in the therapy process can be challenging. By understanding this I will meet you with compassion and a safe place for you to express yourself openly. Whether dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, or PTSD.
