Counseling provides a safe space for you to explore and address your life at your pace. Success depends on having a good rapport with a counselor you trust, and I would like to provide that for you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and have provided counseling services for eight years in agencies primarily serving clients of domestic violence and sexual assault. Therapeutic approaches include trauma-informed, client-centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for those who have experienced abuse, trauma, depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, family conflicts, and issues with parenting, self-esteem, boundaries, and healthy communication. I have provided individual and group counseling to residential and outreach clients as well as supervised other counselors and student interns within an agency setting.

I have worked with clients on the spectrum, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, and parenting. My work experience on a group foster care ranch, discipleship counselor, and program director support my work as a counselor in areas of parenting, discovering values and beliefs that motivate us, and practical implementation of acquired skills.
