I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of Massachusetts. I have over 30 years of experience working with clients who struggle with a wide range of concerns rannging from depression, grief and loss, dovorce/stepfamilies, relationship, parenting and anxiety issues.
My approach is to develop a relationship with my clients where a true partnership is formed throughout the healing process. My goal is for my clients to feel like I am a traveler on their journey helping to provide the roadmap to get them where they would like to go.
The techniques I use vary based on the individual needs of my clients, but I frequently use a combination of strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychdnamic therapy. and mindfulness training.
It is a true honor to do this work, and to be a part of helping others find what they are seeking.
