My name is Patrizia. I specialize in anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, relationship issues, trauma and addictions. As a holistic Clinical Mental Health therapist I assess and treat from the physical, psychological and spiritual context because there is more to you than just your physical body or your mind.
I utilize tools and techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities because although many many suffer from very similar issues, no two people are exactly alike; therefore one type of approach does not fit all.
I think there's little doubt that we are living in turbulent, uncertain times that may raise your anxiety to a whole new level. Perhaps that anxiety gives rise to terrifying periods of sheer panic. Perhaps you react to the uncertainty of tomorrow by figuratively crawling within yourself, avoiding others, avoiding the life "out there". Sometimes it may feel as if you're merely existing, but not truly living.
