About

Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts with experience in providing treatment for individuals across the lifespan. I earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master's in Counseling from Salem State University. I have a passion for the outdoors and this is what led me to Colorado as an undergradute and continue to find comfort in an outdoor lifestyle. I believe my undergraduate degree in history has taught me the importance of learning about each client's personal history as our unique experiences shape us into who we are today.

I have experience treating individuals struggling with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addictions, ADHD, PTSD and life transitions.

I typically utilize a client-centered, cognitive-behavioral approach where each client is treated with empathy and respect. I believe the use of homework can be a powerful tool in applying what you have learned in the counseling session.
