Hi there!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with a wide variety of clients. I have experience treating complex trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and using Client-Centered therapy to treat depression and anxiety. In therapy we will work together to explore what is going wrong and where we can find growth. I believe there is no problem too big or strange for therapy and that growth is always possible, no matter your life stage. My sessions involve focusing on my client's strengths and building their ability to create positive change in their own lives.

I believe that all people are capable of creating and fostering good and sustainable mental health. Personally, I have found significant growth and peace in my own life through my Christian faith. My walk with God continues to inspire and challenge me to be the best resource for those who are in need.
