I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twenty years of experience in counting adult clients. My experience has led me to value the concepts of person-centered therapy and unconditional acceptance of the person and the circumstances. I am proficient in several contrasting therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Therapy, and Self as Locus of Control. The core principals of the therapeutic relationship are very important to me and I believe in self determination to establish and accomplish goals that are meaningful to individuals.
