About

I am a Michigan-based outpatient therapist who has been in the field since 2018. I work with clients of all ages, who predominantly struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anger, and I do so from a trauma-informed perspective. I accomplish this by coming alongside my clients as a fellow traveler on the road to wellness. As we explore these and other symptoms together, I assist my clients with developing a personalized array of tools to overcome their mental health challenges.

Therapy is only effective as an equal partnership. You are the world's leading expert on yourself. It is my job as your therapist to be in your corner, helping you address these challenges with all the knowledge, research, education, and skill that I can provide.
