Howdy, my name is Patrick Call, MA, LPC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Colorado. I have successfully worked with clients on a variety of presenting issues that include anxiety, anger, communication issues, career challenges, depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, and spirituality. I also help individuals who have suffered from trauma and emotional abuse.

My therapeutic approach is warm and understanding. I believe in meeting my clients where they're at and allowing them to move at their own pace while simultaneously challenging them to work towards their treatment goals. My approach combines humanistic counseling, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. My therapeutic approach depends on the needs of each specific client and what is happening in their world.

Sleep isn’t coming easy to you as your mind keeps racing as you lay in your bed staring at the ceiling wide awake. You struggle to make sense of your life.
