I have experience in counseling individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children from various cultural backgrounds. My clinical interests include working with couples, families, military families, and Veterans on a variety of concerns to include anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, PTSD, relationship issues, trauma, and Veterans’ issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and a military Veteran with 10 years active duty service. What is your approach to therapy? I believe that we are all unique and have the power and ability to make effective change in our lives. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? It is with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach that I assist clients to discover their own solutions for therapeutic healing.
