My approach is straightforward and dependent upon the presentation of each unique and individual client.  I can be active and direct when needed. I am also quiet, reverent and provide solace from a base of real compassion and respect.

I am a solution focused therapist who has been trained on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing techniques. Together we will identify your symptoms and work on solutions. Life is happening........it can be better.
