I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts with a specialty in health ,grief, learning style challenges, and coping with chronic illness. I have worked as a medical social worker with young adults and adults for decades. I am ready to help you grow your empowerment and coping skills to better cope with anxiety, stress, depression and life transition challenges. Asking for help, though not easy, is the first step toward partnering with a counselor who can become an ally in your journey to wellness and reinforce your development of new skills to manage life transitions and relationship challenges.
