Hello :) My name is Tricia and I’m a licensed professional counselor with over ten years of experience in the mental health field! I consider myself to be a caring, down-to-earth and thoughtful counselor who is best equipped to serve clients who are striving to understand themselves better, who are seeking deeper meaning in life and who want to liberate themselves from dysfunctional living. I believe that we are all capable as humans to heal and influence our lives beyond our greatest imaginations! I also believe that while transformation can feel heavy at times, it can also be fun, interesting and more cathartic than many know.
