We all run into things that trip us up and keep us from getting to where we want to go. It can be a relationship that isn’t working, anxiety, depression, work problems or any number of different things. I can help you unravel the problem and help you create a game plan to feeling better and making your life better. I’m non-judgmental, compassionate and a great listener.
