I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) which focuses on how your thinking affects the way you feel and act. By understanding your thought processes, you can better control your feelings and actions. The process may take you outside of your comfort zone but I strive to create a relaxed experience and am ready to walk you down a new path towards positive changes.
