I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas with six years of experience helping people making change in their life. My goal is to assist you in navigating the stressful pieces of your journey and to empower you to move forward in a way that gives you peace and strength.
I have experience working with depression, stress and emotions associated with cancer, social work issues, as well as divorce and custodial matters. I believe in a therapeutic process which incorporates mind, body and soul. My approach is strengths based and mindfulness utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Theory.
