I am licensed in Illinois with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I like to take a reflective approach, building up your own confidence to take charge of issues that may feel overwhelming or causing you to feel depressed. I like to empower clients to take the course of action that will help them live the life they want to live. By signing up for therapy, you are already demonstrating that you are ready to make some type of change in your life!
