I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, and stress management. I offer a safe and supportive environment for exploring personal issues and helping clients meet their individual goals. What is your approach to therapy? I use an eclectic array of evidence-based treatment methods, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and motivational interviewing. I believe in a person-centered approach to mental health and wellness and enjoy working with individuals who are actively looking to make positive changes in their lives. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I focus on teaching skills and tools that help to make long term changes to all areas of life.
