Do you sometimes feel like life is overwhelming? Are you finding it difficult to keep up with your responsibilities? Dealing with paralyzing anxiety or depression. If you can relate or have other issues you are struggling with we should talk. My goal is to create a safe and secure environment that is filled with compassion, warmth, and empathy. I want every person who meets me to feel accepted. It isn’t easy to ask for help or to trust a stranger with intimidate details of whatever problem(s) that they are facing. I take the trust placed in me very seriously.

There is no one approach that will be effective with everyone, as therapy is tailored to your specific need. Because of this, I utilize a variety of techniques such as CBT, DBT, Solutions Focused Therapy to name a few. We will work together to develop a plan to address your needs and goals. Clients who come to see me are often dealing with depression, bipolar, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, as well as difficulties within their relationships, or other aspects such as work even parenting. I have many years experience with adolescents and the unique challenges they face.

I have gained my clinical skills in both inpatient and outpatient as well as crisis intervention. I have also worked within both acute care and palliative care on the medical side, giving me a unique perspective to the importance of an integrative approach aimed to treat the mind and body. I have over 17 years experience as a therapist. I treat individuals, couples, and families. I look forward to working with you!
