Hello! My name is Trisha Bilodeau and I am a licensed social worker in New Hampshire. I have been in the social work field for over 7 years. I received my undergraduate degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire, and my Master's degree in social work from the University of New England. I have worked with a wide range of populations, including families, children, teens and adults, as well as adults with developmental disabilities. I have also worked with a wide range of individuals with different diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, Post Traumatic Stress disorder and eating disorders, as well as individuals who are dealing with challenges with adjustments in their lives, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ challenges and parenting issues.

I have a warm and welcoming therapeutic style, and I enjoy using humor to support clients and allow them to see their challenges from all sides. I have experience with DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) as well as psycho-dynamic and empowerment based therapy. I also enjoy incorporating the arts into my therapy style, and using these tools to help others discover creative outlets to process their feelings.
