Daily stressors and life changes make an impact on each one of us. Sometimes we struggle to get past things and need some help to transition or make changes in our lives. Some of us deal with minor changes, while others have traumatic experiences that need help getting through. Relationship conflict is a common area of concern, whether it be within a marriage/couple, friendship, or family connection. I like to help people to identify and meet goals, manage life transitions, or assist in making changes they feel are needed. Stress or situational factors can interfere with a person’s ability to change themselves or their relationships. I also provide assistance to clients with eliminating or minimizing these factors so they are able to develop meaningful and lasting change. I have over 20 years experience in counseling and a wide range of experience working with people of all ages. My experience includes working with the school system, psychiatric inpatient/outpatient clinics, behavioral health related to medical conditions, residential treatment and private counseling.
