My 25+ years in practice as a licensed clinical social worker have been built on providing compassionate, collaborative care utilizing evidence-based and promising practice approaches that address the specific needs of the people I work with. I have extensive experience working with a variety of approaches including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, motivational, solution-focused, mindfulness, mediation and life coaching. I believe in a person-first, holistic approach. Together we will identify the approach that best fits your goals.
