I help clients cope better and overcome the anxiety that life transitions can often present. I support them in driving through the change and see this as an opportunity to reinvent themselves, be more accurate, present in the moment, and live on purpose. I treat with a holistic approach. I specialize in helping clients with their mind chatter and stuck emotions, often preventing them from moving forward to a place of personal power. They begin to relate with themselves and others more effectively and intimately. My spirituality has dramatically influenced my work and the clinical and coaching expertise I've developed over the years. Some tools I use to help my clients thrive are meditation and relaxation techniques, effective communication and problem-solving skills, mindfulness practices, and the use of creativity.
