About

I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience. I specialize in relational issues, premarital counseling, divorce/reconciliation, infertility struggles, infidelity/affair recovery, domestic violence, trauma/abuse, depression, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

People are complex, diverse, and beautiful, and all deserve the opportunity to make better/different choices and live more fulfilling lives. I love being part of seeing that happen for my clients. My goal is to see the world through your eyes and tailor my treatment plan to fit you. There is no cookie-cutter approach to what I do. Everything is unique to the client.

My style is easy-going, optimistic, and hopeful. I love working with my clients as we roll up our sleeves and do what needs to be done to improve their quality of life. I believe I provide a place of comfort and authenticity. Clients freely come in as they are, with no fear of judgment or question. I want to hold space to share their hearts and innermost thoughts, knowing that they will be met with respect and positive regard.
