Your sessions will be safe, and within a supportive environment where you explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a non-judgmental setting. It is your space to feel understood, and validated which creates a sense of emotional safety and encourages you to be open, and consider the deeper questions we discuss about your life. There will be opportunities for you to discuss anxiety, stress, depressive feelings, grief and loss, life transitions, professional/career issues, life changes, trauma, and relationship issues (personal/professional).
