I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 5 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns whether it be life transitions or women's issues, a new job, chronic illness-or end of life; my goal is to support you and empower you as the expert in your life!
I use an eclectic style in therapy which allows for flexibility to meet each clients needs. I combine various techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic, talk therapy (client centered therapy) and solution-focused therapy but these are just a few. I respect your experiences and support you to be the best version of yourself!
