I am a licensed psychotherapist focused on working with adults. I work with clients to help them be better able to manage life's challenges, increase self-esteem and improve their communication skills. In my work, I prefer an holistic approach, where all aspects of the person - mental, emotional, behavioral, physical - are addressed. I employ a blend of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness methods, to enable people to learn to shift their thinking, change their behaviors and live in the present with a more balanced life and a deeper sense of well being. My approach is non judgmental, kind and genuinely accepting of individual differences.

I have over 20 years of experience working with clients individually and in groups. Although I can address a wide range of concerns, my special interest and expertise focus on those who are struggling to manage anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress and life transitions. I look forward to working as your consultant as you find peace and resolution to life's challenges.

I am able to meet with you via video. After we have met at least twice on video, phone contact is possible. I do not take part in the messaging feature.
