I am pleased to have you read a little bit about me and how I can support you on your mental health journey. Growing up, my mom inculcated the importance of service to others. My path to where I’m at in life was not a straight one so I understand the ups and downs that are faced on a path to growth in all aspects be it personal, spiritual, or professional. When it comes to my approach, I am trained in several types of cognitive behavioral therapy yet I take into account your needs and what you are looking for to include other evidenced based practices. I have 10 years of experience working in mental health with most of my focus having been with children and adults that have experienced trauma.
