Patricia Campana is a licensed marriage, family therapist in California and Arizona. She graduated with a masters degree from the University of San Francisco. Patricia is also a registered dance/movement therapist and expressive arts therapist. Patricia is also a graduate of the Main Street Vegan Academy and holds a certificate as Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator. She has practiced in various settings including, hospitals, residential treatment centers, private practice settings with many populations. Patricia enjoys coaching and counseling to those wanting to transition to plant based living, and looking at the effect lifestyle plays in mental health. Currently she is providing teletherapy services to individual adults with the online platform Better Help. She currently resides in Arizona with her two cats Sofia and Bella. When not working she enjoys dance classes, the gym, church, volunteering at a farm animal sanctuary and visiting the beach to surf.
