Hello!

I provide psychotherapy services in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. I hold a license in Marriage & Family Therapy from Colorado state and a Post Graduate degree in Play Therapy - to work therapeutically with children- from Leeds Beckett University.

Bringing expertise based on training and experience, I offer therapy services children, teens, couples, and families using a connection based approach. Possessing an in-depth understanding of human development, family dynamics, and mental health issues, I work with a focus on seeing people from a systemic perspective believing that individuals live, hurt, grow and heal within a family system and larger community, including school and work.

One way I share my passion as a child's advocate is by providing parenting supporting services through private parent consultation and parenting workshops. I work with parents to learn how to work with the emotions of their children and themselves in a way that brings about more meaningful connection and healthy development for the children as well as the whole family. I consider this to be some of my profound work positively affecting entire families.
