I have been working as a marriage and family therapist for about 8 years. I have worked with challenges that include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and self-esteem building. In my private practice, I use an integrative approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. All my interventions and treatment approaches are based on client communication and interaction.
