Every one of us faces difficult times, and some seasons of pain last longer than others. Oftentimes, we can find ourselves “stuck" and in need of some extra help. We are not made to do life alone, and I am here to support you in your journey of healing. I offer individual counseling. For those who wish to have a faith-based approach incorporated, that is available as well. Common Issues of concern are Anxiety, Depression, Traumatic Experiences, Marriage and Family, and Life Transitions.
