I am a LCSW, and Certified Maternal Mental Health Clinician, PMH-C. I specialize in working with adolescent and adult pregnant/postpartum women who experience a wide range of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS). I offer a holistic approach to each woman's unique journey into motherhood. With over 17 years of supporting new mothers, I utilize a multi-modal clinical approach to increase each client's awareness of PMADs via psychotherapy, psychoeducation and mindfulness-based interventions.
