Hi! I am a licensed therapist who has a passion for working with teens, families and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am rostered as a child/parent psychotherapist in Florida which helps to empower parents, especially those with substance use issues, to heal and integrate with their families. I would be honored to be part of your journey on the road to empowerment and wellbeing. I like to teach clients how to help themselves by using cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, poly vagal theory, music, and art therapies. Lao Tzu said, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one small step.” Having the courage to come into therapy is that first small step. You don’t have to work through your issues alone.
