Congratulations on making the first step towards a better you! I am passionate about helping those I work with gain control over their situations and lives to the extent possible. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and whether I see individuals or couples/families I view situations in context and not in isolation. My primary focus will be to listen, identify what you have already tried, and develop possible paths and solutions towards your goals. I have worked with youth and families for approximately 13 years in the areas of Anxiety, complex trauma, Depression, ADHD, to only name a few.
